Can it keep track of new and used inventory?

Yes! You would simply make 2 record with the same lookup criteria. For example both stock numbers could be 12345 but in one of the additional fields you would put: new, and on the other record: used. That way you could look them and run reports on your new and used inventory even if they are the exact same part!

Can I print Labels for Oil Field equipment?

Yes! Keystroke software works with many industry standard label printers. When we set you up, you will tell us about your specialized needs and the hardware will be designed around you! There are special labels and label printers that print high endurance labels, suitable for oily parts.

What happens if I have a question?

Keystroke comes with a "helper" period for free. Within the first 30 days of purchase you can call and get unlimited tech support. There are support packages available for additional help beyond 30 days.

Can an Employee edit the Databasse ?

There are levels of security. You choose exactly what an employee can enter, change and view. There is also a screen saver password utility to prevent customers from opening the cash drawer, or making unauthorized entries.
